New Delhi, January 8: Apart from their other
models on display at their stall in Hall No 7G at Pragati Maidan,
the following vehicles, to be unveiled on 09th January, 2008,
will be pulling crowds for MMC and HM at the forthcoming Auto
Expo:
i-MiEV: is Mitsubishi’s vision for
future in urban commuting. For the first time an electric
vehicle can be charged (up to 80%) in 30 minutes flat, using a
special charging system, as well as charged overnight using
household electricity outlet. This electric vehicle balances
environmental and driving performances at high level. All in all
i-MIEV represents the way forward for a Eco friendly urban
commuting car.
LANCER Evolution: The legendary Lancer Evolution is the
King of rally championships and is an enormously successful
series worldwide. It is a real delight with motor sport
enthusiasts. The all new Lancer Evolution is being displayed to
gauge Indian customer reaction which will enable a speedy
decision on its launch plans for India.
